  1. *bows and stares at thread with wide eyes* Oh goodness, it has been incredibly hectic lately. Between work increasing my hours before I leave, packing, and trying to fit in goodbye time with everyone it has not been the best challenge for updating. Believe it or not though, I've kept pretty close to my goals. Quite proud of myself just haven't been documenting it *rubs head sheepishly* I apologize for not keeping up with threads and not really participating in this challenge (at least the community aspect of it). *grins* My protein has been pretty well on track, though usually 12 oz. rather than 16 oz. With Jillian's workouts I added weights to the punches and squats and man *cowers* It hurt like Dickens killing off orphans. Sadly, the walking outside has been the biggest failure, with how much needed doing I only have accomplished this about twice a week (if I'm generous). Most of my room is packed up! Except for my bedding and clothes the room is pretty boxed up. Oh.....and I bought a car! Whoot! I apologize again, really, before I realized it I had already missed two weeks of updates. In remorse and penance I shall type up my epic kidnapping and post it as quite the adventurous tale!
  2. Alright guys, so I've disappeared *hangs head in shame* for quite a bit of time. See I was forcibly kidnapped on a camping trip..... and returned yesterday. Let us say that I'll be posting an update but I can't update on every single day, just a few of them O_O and I'm behind on packing! Curses!
  3. We should have a Velocity team recipe blog..... just because of all the recipes floating around here. I also liked the blue surrounding the photo *grins* pretty awesome looking in my opinion.
  4. *chuckles* It is quite true and I do enjoy the tuna burgers. *tentatively puts cottage cheese fruity concoction on meal plan*
  5. *blinks* buy some scuba gear to take on the plane just in cake *grins* I think I've seen rock candy before as a child. Not sure where though....

  7. Lamb is not the easiest meat to find in my "burger" filled state *chuckles* I will be sure to remedy the situation quickly Sounds like a great weekend plan *chuckles* Leeks always make me think of Miku Hatsune..... I'm going to disappear now

  11. Don't strain your lower back too much, wouldn't want an injury to happen! Your workout sounds awesome, great job in getting it done!
  12. It may have been bad choices on vacation but you are getting back on track which is the best thing. OOO, An in person interview, *gives a lucky cat again* I hope it goes well.
  13. *chuckles* Well, instant porridge is still good. It sounds like an awesome weekend and an awesome workout. I haven't actually eaten lamb, though it sounds good.
  14. *bows* Hello everyone. I liked today, I was pretty productive..... on the negative side, I dropped my computer off the bed onto the floor..... whoops Captain's Log: Monday Today, like last week, Monday was not full of goal progress. Slay Thy Mammals: I did not hit my protein goal. I ate one chicken breast and half a cup of quinoa in a green pepper 0/6 Make Jillian Yell: No full body workout today 0/3 Move Those Feet: No extra walk either 0/6 Work on Move: I'm practically done with the creative section! Whoot! So as you can see, Monday is more like a rest day lately.... Captain's Log: Tuesday YAYYYYYYY. I was a lot more productive today than I was yesterday. Slay thy Mammals: I had two bowls of chicken chili (6 oz.), 1 chicken breast (7 oz.), and 1 can of tuna 1/6 Make Jillian Yell: I did my full body workout. Today I tried adding weights to the punches within the workout (boy are my arms regretting it but it went semi well) 1/3 Move those Feet: I walked around the suburbs today and got odd stairs from all the little kids biking around *chuckles* I walked for 56 minutes but it was almost a hour! I think it counts 1/6 Work on Move: For sure I shall have the Creative Section done by the morrow
  15. I had a fairly good weekend, could have been a lot worse!
