  1. Thanks for the reply!! I did take some pictures but I need to go buy a tape measured for the waist/hip measurements because I've also heard sometimes you don't so much lose the weight, just inches. Which is fine with me!
  2. Hi Everyone, I'm so excited to have found Nerd Fitness because I can identify with it so much better than other fitness programs. About me: I'm not necessarily overweight, but I'm heading in that direction if I don't do something about it now. I'm 25 with absolutely no energy and it pisses me off that I'm so lazy. My three year old needs a more energetic mommy. I'm also ridden with anxiety so I'd love for that to ease up! My nerdisms: X-Men, Spiderman, Avengers, EQ2, LOTR, MMPR, and I'm sure there's more I can't think of. My Main Quest: Lose 5 lbs in 6 weeks. (My next two quests will be the same for a total of 15 lbs in 18 weeks.) Goals: 1. Strength training at least 4 times a week for 30 min each session. 2. Slowly ease into the paleo diet. 3. Get out of the house every weekend and do something that requires physical activity with my kid. Motivation: More energy and less anxiety for my son and my overall health. Life Side Quest: Be hired as an employee at my temp job (gig's up in about 6 weeks!). Thank you! Alma
