Last week I had a post where I was just super depressed and upset that I wasnt seeing results, or staying motivated.. WELLLLL.... Y'all. It's happening. It's finally happening. With hard work and better nutrition I've lost 10 pounds and several inches! 3 inches on my hips!!! Starting slow with several workouts at night I feel refreshed enough to get up early again. Two days in a row may not sound like much to someone by for me, who used to get up early and then just COULDNT, it's amazing. I'm so motivated to continue. Progress over perfection!!!

This made me cry... clearly. you are amazing -
Well, I ended up having to have two surgeries in order to finish removing the cancer that has plagued me but now I am back on! I am going to pin the rebellion and look, seek, ask for motivation and encouragement. I am almost at my heaviest again, Almost 2 years ago I was at my fittest (thanks timehop). I know I cant control cancer and things, but its discouraging. I am going to go back and read emails. Prepare better paleo centric meals. I will get there. just.. Have to start. I started more cardio the other day, (Monday) and felt great, completed some yesterday as well. Today is more weight training but I may throw in some more cardio.

Respawning
Comixbookgurl replied to Comixbookgurl's topic in Rebel Introductions and the Respawn Point
Not prying! I have had thyroid problems for the past 3 years. So now I am a huge advocate for people to get second opinions. Thanks, I am really going to try! Congrats on your lose so far! -
Trying to get super motivated again to be the best I can be.

I wish I could "like" comments here. You're great, Comix! You can do it! You can't see it, but tiny potato says you can do the thing!

Geez, I feel like I am not good at navigating these forums. Today I am starting over. And hopefully this time it sticks. because I can not believe how unhappy I am right now!

What would be a good, slow movement to start back in the process of being badass again? I went hardcore paleo 2 years back, and was doing really well, finally had the energy and motivation to workout more. But then cancer and hormone imbalance all my hardwork went away. I am starting slow, 80/20 paleo and trying not to get discouraged. Would just walking and maybe the beginners body workout here be enough? I am having surgery, again, July 17th, and I just worry that if I start now, the changes that I make wont stick when Im recovering.
