  1. Hello! Thanks for the replies everyone . To answer some questions. 1. Right now I am not on hormones, I am going to see my physician soon about starting. 2. My current workout is very light, mostly on the job stuff like stocking shelves and walking around. 3. Currently very masculine, 5'11 and 210 pounds, a mix of fat and muscle (ie, I don't look super fat but I do not look fit either). I have heard that eating lot of protein is what helps get you muscle (with a good workout and diet of course). Is it possible to have a caloric deficit and do strength training but watch my protein intake to avoid getting more muscle. While obviously allowing my current muscle to stay healthy and get leaner? Or am I just grasping at straws? As mentioned my priority is to stay healthy. Outside that I want to slim down as much as possible. I currently fit into women's XXL or XL and it is a little disheartening. Even if I find some larges or XL that work my arms are often too thick to make it fit (more my shoulders but still). Thanks for the info, and any more info would be greatly appreciated . Thanks for the big reply Darth!! Sent from my E6653 using Tapatalk
  2. Hello! My name is April, my current goal is to slim down and attain a more feminine figure. So here is my question... Does anyone know of a exercise regime that works for reducing mass. Weight is of no consequence to me, I simply want to slim down, not only my fat but the masculine muscle I have right now. I should say that I am not looking for unhealthy options or get slim fast workouts etc. Which is why I am here rather than on some random diet website. If losing muscle as well as fat is simply too unhealthy I will suck it up and try to keep muscle gain to a minimum So if anyone can help that would be lovely!! Thank you, and have a great day!
