  1. These challenges always end before I know it XD
  2. Think I did good on food today. But I forgot completely to do a run @_@ I did a lot of work, but I still like to do an actual workout of some type.
  3. Aah, almost forgot. Gotta go do some bodyweight workouts. Yesterday was running. Did fairly good on sugar
  4. Just a short run/walk today. Screwed up on sugar. Again. I have my freaking graduate defense tomorrow O__O Whoo
  5. Went for a run today. I can never balance sugar and vegetables. Bleh.
  6. Thanks~ I"m trying to save gas, which is a big motivation for me getting better with the bike.
  7. Yeah, there are some pretty intense hills around my house. I've gotten lots of practice running and biking around them @_@ I had quite the bike ride today. It's the first time I've gone to the farmers market! Whoo, milestone!
  8. Aah, forgetting to update again @_@ It was a lovely evening for a run last night. So I'll take my bike out tomorrow. Might even try biking to the farmers market! Despite the terrifying hills.
  9. Today I went for a long walk. Heheh. I feel like it doesn't really count unless I run though... even though it technically doesn't really make much difference?
  10. I bought the fabric for the costume, and there is a lot of it O__O Good luck with yours! I have done bouldering, but I enjoy the high walls a lot more. Bouldering wears me out really fast. Heheh I want to keep yoga going. I haven't focused on it much, despite the available resources. HEh.
  11. Today was my cheat day. So gotta make sure I'm back on track tomorrow. Did some yoga this evening. I guess I should have done more though. Heh.
  12. Did some yoga today. Both my parents teach it, so I had Mom show me some new poses to help my shoulders. As much as I've improved my posture, there's still more I can do. I had an extra piece of candy today. Ugh. Stupid sugar. XD
  13. A lovely afternoon for a bike ride~
  14. Hello everyone! I've been posting in the Druid section lately, but I thought I'd try here this time. Gotta get it together. I'm healthy, and pretty strong, but I would like to get rid of some extra weight. I think I can aim to lose 5 pounds during this challenge. More if I really stick to it, which is what I really need to do. Man, Help me stay focused, guys XD I suck at this. Heheh. My motivation: When the next anime convention rolls around, I'm going to dress up as Elsa. I've already bought the pattern and all the fabric. So, I want to actually look good in the outfit. I want to be able to make the dress in a smaller size. XD I'm going to use the same three steps as my other challenges. I need to stop cheating on sugar,. I've been doing better with veggies. And I was told to cut back on carbs, so I've been having smaller portions of those. Goals: 1. Less sugar. I want to stop snacking on sugary stuff throughout the day, and eat less for dessert. I'm going to allow myself 1 piece of candy, and 1 smaller dessert. Sometimes I cheat on this, so I gotta keep track of those times, and not let myself get away with it. I think if I pushed back my sugar farther in the day, I won't get as much opportunity to cheat. Because if someone offers me a cookie, or something, that will turn into my dessert for the day. Instead of my second dessert... 2. More veggies. I like veggies, and there are plenty of ways in which I'd be happy to eat a lot of them. But sometimes I just don't... So I want to eat veggies with every lunch and dinner (or an extra lot during one meal, if I have to miss one). I slacked on this one last time, so I need to pay attention to this too. This goes along with fewer carbs. Use veggies to replace carbs. 3. Be more active. I'm fairly active already, and pretty strong. I want to do some form of exercise at least six days out of the week. I'm getting pretty good at running and biking, and I have some very nice outdoor places to go for this. I'll also do body-weight workouts from this site (and possible try a few of their other workouts). I would like to get better at push-ups and pull-ups. I love rock climbing, but I need people to belay me, and that can be hard to organize sometimes. Might do some yoga, or energization exercises too.

    Yep. Went for a run today, and my ankle was completely fine~
