  1. Bet a few guys at work I could do some strange pushup thing except your entire body is supposed to go up in the air and be perfectly flat. So only your hands touch the ground. Well... couldn't do it. And now I have 1 month to be able to do it or I have to post an awful video of all my failed attempts from my facebook account. The workout equipment I have is: Treadmill - 10mph max. Pullup bar 2x Dumbbells - Adjustable weight up to 100lb ea Olympic weight bench with leg developer and weight set. (Backrest adjusts for Decline/Flat/Incline) Please give me a routine that can help me accomplish this task! I have a ton of strength in my arms and can easily do pullups but I'm told this demonic pushup requires core strength or something so I'm guessing some kind of core workout is what I need? Idk please help or I'm done for.
  2. Updated post to be more specific about what bench features I'm looking for.
  3. I recently purchased (and loved) a treadmill I bought on a recomendation from a user here and next on my shopping list is a workout bench. I would like it to have safety catches, the ability to decline, and a "Leg developer" (the swinging bit you can add weight to at the end to workout your legs). Also a lat bar would be nice but not essential. My goal is to spend under $400 for the bench (not including weights). And speaking of weights I was told to go with an olypmic weight set but I'm not really sure what that means so.... if anyone could suggest a good olympic weight set to go with it (or that comes bundled) that would be great. Thanks a lot for all the help!
  4. Thanks very much! This one looks like exactly what I'm looking for: http://www.sears.com/weslo-proform-505-cst-treadmill/p-00624838000P?prdNo=4&blockNo=4&blockType=G4 Evidently it has everything I asked for and configurable speed switches and folds to store which are bonus features and is well within my price range. I'll be ordering that unless someone can top it.
  5. I was a member at Planet Fitness and I loved the Treadmills they offered (key features: arm bars, accurate distance, ability to change speed easily, and ability to have incline set to 0). But then I moved and I don't have any gyms in my area so I am buying a treadmill and was wondering if anyone could suggest a good treadmill with the features I'm looking for. I would like it to be no more than $800 but if I need to spend more I will (sadly)
