Hey everyone, two different questions that might overlap.
1) Regarding my cardio routine, I'd assume I'd want to stock up on carbs...so exactly how long does it take for a meal to provide the energy I need? Full disclaimer: I'm definitely not talking marathons, only about an hour of jogging/incline walking on a treadmill. During the week, its after dinner, and on the weekend its after breakfast.
2) ...and basically the same question regarding weightlifting: assuming I need to stock up on protein, when should I be timing my meals to build muscle?
I realize these are some very fundamental and possibly naive questions, its just a bit of a gray area that I seem to always see conflicting info for.
