  8. Ok!! I am new here and quite tech challenged! I just wanted to agree with Shawn!! My training philosophy is increasing my strength to weight ratio, whole body movement and motor skill development. I have leaned out by pole dancing. I don't lift weights but I lift my weight!   10. I just started attending a parkour class with a bunch of kids!! I love it! I am more fearful than they are but kids are super supportive and aren't judging anybody!! I also just go Ryan Ford's new book in the mail!! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  11. Make sure there is plenty of food in the house! Once or twice a week I do a cookup. For one hour I don't stop! I bake chicken thighs or breasts/ hard boil a dozen eggs, brown some meat and prep veggies so I have all the makings of grab and goes Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
