  1. Congrats, I am just about to hopefully hit my deadlift PR with my body weight and I can't wait!!
  2. Ah the lovely spin class. I would suggest that you take it a bit more at your own pace. I have been doing spin as my cardio to loose weight for the last year or so and now do it three times a week. When I first started going (and being unsure how your classes are run) if the instructor told us to turn up the resistance by two full turns I would only do what I could manage, while still pushing myself. (usually about one turn) That way you have a bit more control over it and once you start to get used to it you can try and match what the instructor is doing. I still struggle to be honest, they are hard classes but I love 'em! Good luck!
  3. Totally agree with Flagwaver, I am down 75lbs so far and have about another 28lbs to go and I am also 36. I have some loose skin on my upper arms and tummy area but it's not 'that' bad but then I do hydrate a lot and also make sure to use some firming type cream everyday but I guess at your age it should be okay Good luck!
  4. That sounds like a massive WOOT to me. Well done and hope you get on well with your next session
  5. Oh that is great, I always think that it makes it easier to have the rest of the family on board for the meals as cooking different meals is a bit sucky! I am lucky that my husband does all the cooking in our house and he loves to eat healthy food....that is the reason I married him..lol
  6. Wow that is fantastic, always great to hit a target with the weight loss
