  1. It is normal to lose motivation while losing weight, because of the low levels of your lepine. Try doing a refeed week, give your body some rest with the diet. Now, a refeed week is eating slightly above your maintenance calories(100, max 200). This way your hormones will be balanced, your body will be refreshed and you will end up having more motivation at the end.
