  1. Thanks..not this time ..had it looked at several times.. I am predisposed to soft tissue injuries.. just pushed it to much.. Feeling better going to give it another day and get back at it. -minus squats for awhile.
  2. Yes, played Hexen, Heretic, Serious Sam 1 and 2... and Duke Nukem 3D.. love them all..
  3. First Game I ever played was probably Cooties.. First table top was D&D (before it was AD&D), First Video Game was on a Tele-Games(Sears Atari model) Tanks Plus, First MMO was Meridian 59..I have played so many good games, mostly MMOs in the last 19 years Meridian 59, Everquest, DAoC, AnarchyOline. WoW, Rift. lately I have just been playing season 6 on D3 or Minecraft when I get a chance to play... Out of all of games I have played I still hold DOOM the original in a high spot as one of the best executed games ever.. Thanks for the well wishes on recovering..
  4. Hello All, My Name is Rob, I am a 46 yr. old Male 5'4" and weight 275lbs. I am Father to two wonderful children and have been married for 25 years. I have been avid gamer all my life and have played in every genre of gaming from Tabletop to MMO. About 5 months ago I went primal and started performing 5X5 workouts, My weight went from 296 to 270lbs in the first two and a half months. But last Friday while doing my normal 5X5 Squats I pulled the tendons in my left knee and have not been able to exercise since. Over the last two months I have been on the roller coaster of 270 to 276 to 272 to 275 etc., I have been eating around 1200 to 1400 calories a day (<10g of carbs, >100g protein and healthy fats). I was searching around and found this site, So far it has peeked my interest and I am looking forward to going through the post here and seeing what other people are doing to solve their wight issues and pick up some fitness tips Anyway I suck at intros.. hehe Thank you Rob
