  1. No I really didn't but thanks anyway...dck I'm still going to take a rest day besides my slow the smoking went great today...lol though I ate a half a bag of sunflower seeds. But no I'm doing a floating rest day. Being I really started Monday even though my post was Wednesday. Even now I'm still doing maintenance. Good ole dumbbells and push ups.
  2. So much time so little to do.....wait reverse that..hey aynon guess what....you failed.

So here goes my 4wk journey.....it will prob go 6 wks due to my quit smoking goal....no excuses if I skip or miss a workout, its a fail no excuses.....the smoking well I'll cut down, then quit if not at 4wks then 6. Buffer due to not a easy goal. But it will be done. Week 1, 10x10 curls 50lb , 5x10 60lb Stay with diet...not much interesting... 10x5 125lb deadlift.... 10 pushups..... Week2, Curls, 10x10 60lb, 10x5 65lb..... Intermittent fast 20 pushups.... Let's see how that goes.......lol to be continued.
  4. OK, fat.........imnskipping out on the challenge and just going to do it here, that way if I mess up. Well I won't feel so bad. Plus that I've changed it twice and this will be 3.
  5. @GrymmI know it ended today I posted for the next one lol...a.d.d little rambunctious I guess. The partial is to cut back through the challenge and be done with it by the end. Ive been smoking to long and tried to quit many times iveI'had some support but I get very um ...well...difficult during a quit and usually give in to save people from myself. Hopefully with the working out it will get out all of that and I'll make it.
  6. Think this is going to be a bit rough.....but its gonna happen. I revised a bit from my battle log post but not much. Week 1. Push ups 10 before bed, 10 after I wake up. Military press.... 40lb, 60lb, 100lb. 3x10 Week 2. Start intermittent fasting Dead lifts....100, &125lbs 10x10 Curls 40lb. 5x10 Week 3 Squat week....still no bar Front loaded 40lb, & 60lb.. Week 4 Dumbell curl...20lb 10x20 25lb 5x20 Curl bar... 40lb 5x20 60lb 5x15 100lb 5x10 Stop intermittent fasting.. So again thats it its a bit revised figured for this round. Last but not least a goal intertwined through the weeks quit smoking. It's my biggest even if I were to fail at my others I.cant fail at this one.....it needs to happen.
  7. Well hello im still relatively new myself....but welcome. I too also was a big fan of 1st and 2nd addition d&d. Have you checked out the rest of the forum. Ie. Classes, planning, etc. If not you will find a crap ton of support here and help as well.
  8. P.s I took a extra day off cause well I figured I would need it still did body weighted workouts....I cant stop for.some.reason doing dips and pushups all over the southern nj east coast lol...people must have thought I lost my damn mind.

  10. @miss_marissa two things 1 awesome shirt....2 I dont plan on doing the same challenge over again. I may repeat some things being my one goal is to quit smoking....I posted my challenge in my battle log lol I couldnt help it...kind of excited, and my a.d.d kicked in and I couldnt wait.
  11. Ok so im putting my challenge plan up two days early well not really im going to post it here. Then name it then post it again in two days....lol. Again its the a.d.d kid in me. Week 1. Start my intermittent fasting. Ten pushups morning, ten before bed. 40lb military press 10x10 60lb military press10x5 100lb military press 10x5. Working on my calo intake (want to get more exact) to be cont. Week 2 Still intermittent fast 100lb deadlift and 125lb deadlift all week 10x10 40lb curls 5x10 Week 3 (squat week) all will be 20x20 40lb front loaded squats (still no bar) 60lb squat Weighted walks in morning before work Week 4 (bulk week) 25lb curls dumbell 10x20 Curl bar 40lb 10x30 60lb 10x20 100lb 10x10 Stop intermittent fasting. Ok so thats it for fit....lol im dumb....now for the big one and this is going to have to happen and the one I.need the most support on.....yes im not afraid to ask...I need to quit smoking. So thats it for my challenge im open for opinion. But not very :-P

  13. Ok I think I have a routine I can stick to. Lol ive been waiting to call in a routine before my challenges. So I got it being a add baby dont help lmao.
  14. I have a sad ...sad story my slow.cooking friends, I put on a beautiful cornbeef and cabage this morning before I went to work. Came home to find my cord and outlet burnt. No more slowcook for a while:-(
