  1. Well not off to the best start since I have been sick this week and then fell down my front steps this morning. I have at least been able to walk at least 10 minutes a day and had some type of vegetable once with every meal. The vegetable of the week has been Brussel Sprouts which are my favorite! I'm hoping to be able to get back on track today and start conquering and crushing this first challenge!

  3. Hello all! My name is Sharon and I am excited and a little nervous for doing my first challenge. Since this is my first time, I am going to try to just shoot for some smaller goals and work my way up from there. 1) Eat a vegetable with one meal every day 2) Replace one sugary snack with a fruit or vegetable 3) Walk 10 minutes a day 4) 5 minutes of meditation daily
