I think that film is in my not-so-distant-future I was at least hoping it might be mildly soft-porny.I got pulled along to watch the movie on the opening day. It is not nearly enough of the mildly soft porn to make up for the rest of the movie. You want to really punish yourself read the three books. My wife read them and went on and on with her friends about how great they were. I needed to see what the big deal was so I read all three books back to back. They are very poorly written and the story reads like a mix between a soap opera and badly scripted kinky porn. When I got to the end I was left wondering what the hell is everyone talking about? Seven years strong, was a good movie with a great atmosphere and some awesome pictures and scenes but if I remember it right, not very scary. That is very brave to admit. I haven't seen it yet-- maybe deep down I fear that I'll like it?Not really, there were some shots that looked good and I can understand why people would like to life in that village. If you turn out the sound, put on the soundtrack of life is strange and making up your own dialogues, I am sure you can have fun. Link to comment

Bram Stoker was the one who most famously created that mythos. But vampires are far older than that. 1 What happens when you play Final Fantasy VII with everyone called Cloud? I hear all these women going on and on about how great these books are and as I read them I just kept thinking it has to get better. By halfway through that second book it was more of a "I can't let this book beat me, I will get it done". I no longer listen to my wife discuss books with her friends. I have learned a very hard lesson from the experience.
