Hi, I'm Dave and I'm a fat fella. I've always been a fat fella but it's time to sort it out and run things proper. I'm British so please bear with me, I can't help it. This seems like a great place so here I am jumping on board.

I'm 6'2" and 20st 10lbs so I have some weight to shift. Fortunately I have a large frame and I'm fairly strong so I have a good start.

Hi Dave.  If you've been reading Steve's blog you've seen some success stories of some folks that have gone from fat to fit.  You'll see that the first thing they did was revamp their eating; you'll find some good tips in the free resources.  You'll also find some workouts on the free resources page.  Here is a thread you also might find useful.

 

We'll be starting up a new challenge in a couple of weeks.  If you get the Challenge rules & FAQs (click the CHALLENGE TAB), you'll see a thread walking you through joining a guild, and (if you wish) creating a character.  You'll need to develop some short-term, SMART goals for the challenge.  If you need a hand, feel free to send me a message (hover over my name and you'll see the send message option).
