Day 1 Challenge 3.  09/16/13.

 

19 hour fast

 

Exercise done before breaking the fast.

 

Warm up

30 Jumping Jacks

20 Hip thrusts

Side Leg Step overs x5 each leg

10 Straight leg swing

10 Side leg swings

 

Workout:

Knee Pushups - Max reps 3 sets - 10, 8, 6

Body weight squats - Max Reps 3 sets - 20, 20, 18

Bent over Dumbbell row 3x15 - 25lbs, 25lbs, 25lbs

Plank - Max time 3 sets - 55 seconds, 44 seconds, 38 seconds

10 yard shuttle runs.  7 in one minute

 

Meal1:

 

Evergood Chicken & Apple sausage

Salad with carrots, bell peppers and cucumber.  Home made salad dressing 

Ate some Shredded BBQ beef in the crock pot yesterday.  Adapted from this recipe  Ended up tasting more tomato like then bbq sauce.  I didn't add in pinapple though.  Still taste good.  I'll have to investigate more BBQ sauces

2 handfuls of cashews

 

Meal2:

Shredded BBQ beed on lettuce, with bell peppers and salsa

small bowl of grapes

Handful of cashew

 

No extra walking.  4242 steps   1.95 miles on fitbt

Meal 1:

 

Shredded BBQ Beef

1 home grown tomato

1 large apple

 

Meal 2:

 

Evergood Chicken apple sausage

Salad with carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, and homemade dressing

 

Meal 3:

 

Baked Chicken breast.  California mixed vegetables baked.  Broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots

 

Exercise done at night.

Probably 2-3 servings of trail mix.  (Raisins (Golden Contain Sulfur Dioxide), Cashews, Almonds, Walnuts, And Pistachios)

 

Meal 2:

 

Mix of things.

Hamburger meat, Last of the BBQ Shredded Beef, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, and Salsa all mixed together.

Green beans on the side

About 2 serving of trail mix.
