My 1 rep bench Max

Your biggest challenge isn't yourself. It's the ache in your lungs and the burning in your legs, and the voice inside your head that relentlessly yells 'CAN'T'. But you don't listen. You just push harder. And then you hear the voice whisper 'can'. And then you discover that the person you thought you were is no match for the person you really are.

Your legs are suppose to burn and your lungs ache when lifting?  My lungs only ache when doing cardio.  :P

You got beat by a girl??? How long have you been lifting?

After a very long haitus, I just got back in the swing of things about 2 months ago. My bench is not progressing well, but I'm slowly working it up.

 

But more importantly: You lifted 135. And that makes you pretty awesome

Knowing that, I think it's a little more awesome that I have done that with only about a month of lifting. :-)
