Beginning of a New ME!!

 

Trying to catch up on the new challenge period and my log -

 

First about me

I am a twenty-something female living up in Cheesehead country (Wisconsin).

Working at a decent place, but would love to finish my last semester of college but it's been so long since I was enrolled.

 

 

Steps on how to get me to level

1. Restart my C25K program (includes running 3+ days week).

2. Get 6 hours of sleep on raid nights, but 7+ hours on non-raid nights.

3. Do not eat more than what I take to work for lunch.

 

 

 

4/14/14 -Monday - Realized that yesterday was the start of the new challenge time here on NF and wanted to jump on the wagon at the beginning. Created my post over on the Level 1 Rebel page.

 

Mondays are not gym days as my gym buddy has raid nights on Sundays so he likes to sleep in. I spent my evening splitting my attention between catching up with NF stuff and my own 2nd raid night of the week.

 

No Soda Day 1- Complete

 

 

4/15/14 - Tuesday - Jumped in on the No Soda PvP Challenge.

-Gym morning went pretty good.

18 minutes of Elliptical, followed by some weight machines, finished off by 18 minutes on the treadmill.

 

Need to work on increasing my time on the treadmill again. I was working on the C25K, but helped a friend move a few weeks ago and threw everything off schedule.

Weight as of 10:35 p.m. on 4/24 per my scale is 224.00 pounds including socks, shorts and t-shirt :D

4/16/14 - Wednesday -

Morning started off good. got about 6 hours of sleep last night and it wasn't raid night so I didn't reach my goal last night.

 

Wednesday morning means gym time!

18 minutes of elliptical, weight machines (arms day!), 30 minutes of treadmill

-I went back to W2D2 (of C25K) and only skipped one run period.

 

No Soda Day 3 - Completed!

 

Raid Night Completed! We are in the middle of Siege of Orgimmar right now - finished the night at 10/14.

4/17/14 - Thursday -

Morning started off good. got about 6.5 hours of sleep last night.

No gym today as it was raid night on Wednesday.

 

No Soda Day 4 - Completed!

 

Now off to set aside my clothes for gym tomorrow.

Sleep is not something that I am tracking right now. I keep forgetting about it as a challenge step.

 

4/18/14 - Friday

Gym day!!! Start of the streak at the gym

No Soda Day 5 - Complete

 

4/19/14 - Saturday

Gym Day #2 in the streak - successful

No Soda Day 6 - Complete

 

4/20/14 - Sunday - Easter meal

Gym Day #3 in the streak - successful

No Soda Day 7 - Complete

Only had one desert! - Family was playing a card game and tried to make rule that winner had to eat a brownie - I won but I didn't eat a brownie, so Win for me!

 

4/21/14 - Monday

No gym day

No Soda Day 8 - Complete

Now onto Raid Night #2

Catching up on the log finally! I love everyone checking in on the main thread. Definitely keeps me coming back to NF.

 

4/22/14 - Tuesday

Gym day- I am always so happy to go.

No Soda Day 9 - Complete

 

4/23/14 - Wednesday

Gym day- Yes!!

No Soda Day 10 - Complete

Raid Night #1 - very successful, got through Spoils of Pandaria and almost got Thok down. Team is fantastic!

 

So one of these days I do have to catch up and do my measurements since I'm almost halfway through my first challenge as a rebel. Maybe tomorrow as I have the day off.

 

To anyone following and needs a buddy or even another friend to be in touch with, let me know! I am dying to meet some nerdy fitness friends :D

I am incredibly terrible about keeping up with my account here. I think I am going to take this challenge off since it started at a bad time for me and pick it up again next round, BUT I did do my measurements tonight --

 

Measurements as of 6/14/14

Time – 9:45 p.m.

 

Weight : 216.00

 

Upper Left Arm (near armpit) – 15"

Upper Left Arm (mid) – 13.75"

Left Arm (Forearm) - 11.25"

Chest - 39"

Bust – 41.5"

Waist - 47."

Upper Right Arm (near armpit) - 15"

Upper Right Arm (mid) - 14"

Right Arm (Forearm) - 11"

 

Hips - 45" (where my pants settle)

Buttocks - 48"

Left Upper Thigh – 28.5"

Left Mid Thigh - 25"

Left Lower (just above the knee) - 19"

Left Calf - 17"

This comes to a loss of 8.0 pounds and several inches. Now to work on losing more weight!
