Day1: Back and Arms

Workout:

1.assisted pullups(3sets of 15)

2.lat pull down

3.seated row

4.one arm row

5.D/B curl

6. Cable curl

7. Machine curl

8. Hammer curl

Diet:

1. One plate Poha

2. One plate cholle bhature

3. 3 rotis with cooked cauliflower

4. 4 rotis with rajma and yellow dal.

  • Strength (STR) - 2
  • Dexterity (DEX) -2
  • Stamina (STA) - 2
  • Constitution (CON) -1 
  • Wisdom (WIS) -2 
  • Charisma (CHA) -1

Day 2: Cardio

 

1. Running (Treadmill): 15 minutes with 4 intervals of HIIT.

2. Stationary Bike : 15 minutes with 4 intervals of HIIT. 

3. Elliptical :10 minutes steady state cardio. Didn't have the strength for HIIT.

4. Side Dumbell- 3 sets of 15.

5. Abs Machine-3 sets of 15.

6. Side twister-3 sets of 15.

 

 

Diet:

1. Cornflakes

2. Samosa

3. Buttermilk

4. Cold Coffee

5. Ice cream

6. Lunch: 4 Rotis with aloo mattar, and dal.

7. Tea

8. Dinner:4 Rotis with aloo gobhi and dal with curd.

7. Curl Machine

1. Samosa

2. Aloo Paratha

3. Butter Milk

4. Lunch: 4 rotis and Cholle aaloo.

5. Milk

6. Dinner: 4 Rotis and 

Human Ranger

  • Strength (STR) - 2
  • Dexterity (DEX) -2
  • Stamina (STA) - 2
  • Constitution (CON) -1 
  • Wisdom (WIS) -2 
  • Charisma (CHA) -1

These things happen. If you are busy just post a weekly summary on your challenge thread. 

 

Many rebels post 3 or 4 times per week, so do what you can and feels comfortable.
