Stationary Bike : 15 minutes with 4 intervals of HIIT. 3. Elliptical :10 minutes steady state cardio. Didn't have the strength for HIIT.4. Side Dumbell- 3 sets of 15.5. Abs Machine-3 sets of 15.6. Side twister-3 sets of 15. Diet:1. Cornflakes2. Samosa3. Buttermilk4. Cold Coffee5. Ice cream6. Lunch: 4 Rotis with aloo mattar, and dal.7. Tea8.
