First challenge - Very determined

Hey Rebels!


 


So I've been using the rebel fitness workouts and the Paleo diet for about 4 weeks but I had no idea there was a challenge Forum!!


In short here's my Challenge to myself for the next six weeks  :D -


 


 


My Nerd Fitness challenge


- Lose 7lb/3kq in 6 weeks (By may 25th I will be 61kg) and I will fit into size 27w pants


 


I will:


Do the body weight workouts 3 times a week


I will get 30 active minutes everyday of the week


I will eat 1500 calories everyday


 


Why?


I want to establish a good lifestyle so I can take on Graduate school.


 


Life Quests:


- Read at least 2 though provoking books


- Do at least 10 Rhino tutorials to gain some skilllzzz


- Reach introductory level spanish


 


I'm ready  :D!!
