Ok. Going to log here daily how my progress is going on my goals as well as Quests

 

Main Quest: Get down to 200#. current weight is 265.

Starting Goals:

1. Walk/jog at least a mile every day. (Done)

2. 60 second "Planks" (Done)

3. 50 push-ups without stopping (managed 20 today)

4. 50 Sit-ups without having to stop. (managed 5 today)

Also added a new Parkour training element. "Bridge leaps" and managed 24 jumps


Bridge Leaps = Walking the length of a bench then leaping to the next bench in order and continuing.


(could not find a name for this so thought of one.)
