Overhead press milestone!

Also think it´s great of you to be sure that the form is perfect as well, since OHPs can be done with some crappy form and posture.

 

Keep it going!

 

Form was key for me.  I just kept getting all wobbly and unstable as I would work up near 100lbs.  95 was okay, but not great, 100 would just fall apart every time.

 

Today, I concentrated not on lifting the barbell, but on keeping my quads, glutes and abs locked down as tight as I could.  That was the key for me to finally be able to get it done.  

That time I did 1,998 pull ups

Great work mate, i am thinking about moving to a barbell soon so these posts are really inspiring me to go for it!
