WOOT! Tiny little achievement, but still!

Recommended Posts

I usually HATE working out, but since I joined the rebellion, I find myself enjoying it more and more.

I have a pretty big day today though. I am working all day and I have to leave straight after work to go to a Bruno Mars concert. I am a pretty lazy person and I tend to always oversleep, but I found the willpower to wake up an hour early so I could workout.

WOOOOOOOT! TINY ACHIEVEMENT!

It might seem like this is nothing, but I sense that this is the first of a series of tiny achievement, which will help me level up. Ahah :D

My next goal is to be able to do a simple push-up. Ahaha, I never, once in my life, have been able to do a push-up. Not even a girl push-up. Any tips on that? <3

That is a big achievement!! Instead of using an excuse, you made time for working out and did it! WOOT!

pushups: start with knee pushups or incline (wall or counter) see how many sets it takes to get to 20 reps (with a 90sec or longer rest between sets) then the next workout try to do one more in a couple of sets, work toward doing 20 reps in 3 sets and then 2. after that lower your incline and begin again. Consistenly working on them 2 or 3 days a week will help you reach your goal.
