Fucking browsers and their voracious appetites. Not doing a challenge for the foreseeable future, but still wanted a forum corner to jang. So here she be. Whiskey's in the corner, drink up.

 

I did a workout today. OHP. Looked like this:

OHP was pretty was surprisingly easy today. NO work probably had something to do with it...

I'm on break at work so it's going to be short and sweet. One of two things is going to happen today. I'm either going to suck it up and squat, OR I'm going to do dips and pullups and hanging leg raises until it hurts to cry....

It was Monday. I made it bench press day instead of fuck around day. Which means I absolutely have to squat tomorrow...

Whoops. I keep forgetting to start my PhD. That's what we're calling it now. PhlrD is too cumbersome. What I didn't forget to do?

My upper back felt really round during that top set. My lower back was fine so I was mostly ok with that. Mostly.

1 @ 315. No rounding. Waited about 15 seconds. 1 @ 315 no rounding, but my back was starting to break. I'm going to do a soft deload so that I can build up the back strength endurance in my upper range.

Front squats were harder than usual. My quads were still suffering a little, and my back was tired from before I even finished dead lifts.

I should do that too - except for the allergies thing.  I have so much anti allergy stuff in this body...

 

I can't figure out a place to have a place.  I am challenge-less also.  I don't need a challenge but I kind of miss some of you. 

 

But ain't nobody want to ready my training and nobody wants to see my diet stuff so a battle log doesn't really make sense to me.

Then make a thread just for shooting the shit.  It can be in the battle log section or the challenge section, doesn't actually matter that much ;).  No cline thread = no good.
