Love handles are gone!

Recommended Posts

After I quit smoking I put on about 12 kilos. That's over 26 pounds for the Americans of you.

I tried dieting (restricted, and I mean restricted, calories) and cycle dieting, and stregth training, and pedalling and swimming, and doing all that at the same time.

My weight didn't change.

My body did, I put on more muscles, but not my weight or my size (if anything, as I got stronger I looked more masculine and bigger).

I got injured, had to stop training, gained fat... my weight? Didn't budge.

75,5 kilos.

I still don't know how much I'm weighing now... I'm afraid if I weigh myself I'll break the spell :D

But after six weeks of low-carb, ladies and gents, the love handles are gone!  :triumphant:

Look, look for yourselves!
