This week's accomplishments


Recommended Posts

1. Deadlift. Did a deadlift from the floor (95lb) for the first time. Correctly.

 

2. Job: started my new job at a high school today. :)

 

3. Food: Made myself breakfast, lunch, and snacks all in the hour I had before work this morning.

 

4. Did my first overhead presses (45-55lb 5 rep sets)

 

5. Made the challenging mental decision to stop worrying about how my body looks and start celebrating how strong I am. Srsly, teh ego, I has it.
