Completed all 3 runs of the BBWW for the first time!

I just started doing the BBWW last Monday, and yesterday was finally able to finish the circuit all 3 times! Granted, it took me a while, as I had to rest a bit after the push ups and the lunges in the final run, but I did it! I went from being spent after 2 runs the first time, to slowly being able to do a bit more of the 3rd one, and finally yesterday I finished it!

I thought I would note that, I personally do the plank for 30 seconds per instead of 15, and try for 15 dumbbell rows instead of just 10. I also used slightly heavier weights yesterday, too.

Now I figure I have to work towards being able to do the whole circuit without resting during the 3rd part, and then, work towards finishing the circuit faster and faster over time, right?

Also, a question. Are you usually supposed to rest for about a minute or so after each run of the circuit before starting the next one, or ideally are you supposed to try to do the WHOLE circuit 3 times without stopping once?
