This! Is! Sparta! (300 challenge)

I've been working for weeks to complete the 300 Workout Challenge:

25 Pullups

50 Deadlifts with 135 lbs

50 Pushups

50 Box Jumps - 24 inches

50 Floor Wipers - 135 lbs

50 (each arm) Single-arm Clean and Press Kettlebells - 36 lbs

25 Pullups

 

The challenge is to do this in 30 minutes or less. I clocked in at 29:40!

 

And the NF community helped me on this. Aside from learning about the challenge from the link above, I posted Deadlift questions and got excellent advice on how to correct my form. The Deadlifts and Kettlebell portions of these were the most difficult.

 

So now I move on to my next challenge. I'll plan to keep doing this workout once a week though, as opposed to working on it 3-4 times a week.
