NEW REBEL LIKING THIS COMMUNITY

I am new to the community.  I signed up for the challenge and put my goals to paper.  I realize now, after reading many other members that my goals may have been small. 

 

I am reluctant because, you see, in the past I have been on many diets and exercise regimes.  I have lost as much as 100 pounds only to put it back on.  I want to have a long term success here.  The game aspect of this really appeals to me and with my weight lifting background and martial arts background I see myself in either a monk guild or a warrior guild by the end of this challenge.

 

I am excited to continue and would like any encouragement along the way.

Like you, I've gained and lost and gained and lost and gotten strong and weak again and and again. Long term change is definitely the name of the game around here. Well, unless you decide to name the game something like "GET RIPPED" or "PLANCHE PUSHUP" ;) Welcome!
