Strength, agility and speed ... what more can you ask for. And this is the place where I'm going to log my workouts, starting with the workout I did today: Front squat 90kg x 4 reps, 80kg x 5 reps, 80kg x 5 reps (5 minutes of rest between sets) Dips BW+20kg x 7 reps, BW+20kg x 7 reps (2 minutes of rest between sets) Pullups BW+20kg x 5 reps, BW+20kg x 4 reps, BW+20kg x 4 reps (2 minutes of rest between sets) My current body weight is 82 kg. In the future, I plan on doing more Yoga, special asanas for improving my hip flexibility. The goal is to be able to improve my mobility in order to perform a side and a front split ... I need the mobility if I want to start tricking. Quote Link to comment
dejanantic Posted September 22, 2014 Author Report Share Posted September 22, 2014 Today was the last day of the summer, so I decided to workout outside (calisthenics). I think I did somewhere around 100 pull-ups and 60 dips with my body weight in about an hour. The pump was amazing. Quote Link to comment
