Training to become a Super Saiyan

Since I was a kid, I always wanted to look and perform like a Super Saiyan.

 

Strength, agility and speed ... what more can you ask for.

 

And this is the place where I'm going to log my workouts, starting with the workout I did today:

 

Front squat

 

90kg x 4 reps, 80kg x 5 reps, 80kg x 5 reps (5 minutes of rest between sets)

 

Dips

 

BW+20kg x 7 reps, BW+20kg x 7 reps (2 minutes of rest between sets)

 

Pullups

 

BW+20kg x 5 reps, BW+20kg x 4 reps, BW+20kg x 4 reps (2 minutes of rest between sets)

 

My current body weight is 82 kg.

 

In the future, I plan on doing more Yoga, special asanas for improving my hip flexibility. The goal is to be able to improve my mobility in order to perform a side and a front split ... I need the mobility if I want to start tricking.
