Tankweazel, the mighty mustelid

I heard about you guys from an existing member who said I would fit right in.

I'm not entirely new to fitness but I do still have a few wrinkles that need ironed out.

 

I started strength training when I got a bit chubby at uni, witht he aim of getting back into martial arts.  Lets face it if I was going to be fat I was going to be strong and fat.  I then discovered that I was better at just being strong.

I currently train for powerlifting, weight lifting and judo. 

My main aim over the next year is to really sort out my deadlift.  It's starting to lag a bit.

Hey! Welcome on board. :D

Did you manage to lose the weight when you started training then?

I lost a bit too much at first then spent a while gaining back all the muscle I'd lost.  I weighed 48kg at the lightest point, which is far too light for me.  I now sit between 54kg - 56kg year round.
