Gained weight while rebelling - can rebels help me lose it?

Thanks, Keltab! The chin ups and pull ups are definitely a long term goal. I'm still working on being able to do one standard push up instead of relying on modified push ups. However, I've been sticking to the Basic Body Weight Workout, doing inclined push ups. I am physically stronger than I was a month ago. I can see the difference in my shoulders, arms, back, and calves. I am also gaining strength much faster than I have with workouts that isolate one muscle group at a time. So little by little, we will get there. :)
