I'll be posting my training and goals here :v

 

Because of college and homework, I'm going to be starting small and slow.

 

Current Training Regime:

 

-PLP Format:

         1. inverted rows

         2. push ups

         3. lunges

 

-Start Bodyweight Program:

         Eccentric pull ups

         Bulgarian Split Squats

         Pike Push Up

         Hanging Knee Raises

         Diamond Push Ups

         Inverted Rows (One Leg Extended)

         Side Planks

Sembreak in my school, so I'm going to supplement my PLP with the Start Bodyweight program :D

Eccentric pull ups - 4.4.4

Bulgarian Split Squats - 4.4.4

Pike Push Up - 4.4.4

Hanging Knee Raises - 4.4.4

Diamond Push Ups - 4.4.4
