I Think Today Deserves A WOOT!!

I normally don't give myself any pats on the back but today is different.  Only 3 months ago I was at 276.8 pounds.  This morning when I stepped on the scale I was down to 225.8!!!  51 pounds down.  I am more than halfway to my goal weight of 180 already.  Who knew that eating right and exercising was the key??? ;)

I switched to Paleo and cut out all the bad food I was eating.  I started exercising and being healthier.  The big thing is I cut out the alcohol.  A lot of empty calories in alcohol.  Tracking my food also helped.  You don't realize how much you are actually eating until you write it all down.
