Brand new here.  Just getting started...

I've been doing -some- workouts for awhile, but I'm no where near where I was when I did sports in high school.

I ran track and Cross Country and played Soccer.  I never lifted.  Then, as I got older, I got into Crossfit.  I had an awesome "Box".  Well, that's about three years ago.  I moved from that place to another state.  Here, not so much in the good CrossFit department.  And I've let that be my excuse.

I want to get back to where I was.  I know I can be there again.  So...ya know, help me get there again, guys.

I'm a book nerd mostly, but I tend to fall into all categories when it comes to nerdiness.  Jack of all trades, master of none.

I'm not sure where to start for working out because everything I've ever done has been in a 'group setting'.  Sports, CrossFit, etc.  I need to find my own way.  And I plan to.

I'm 5'10" and I weigh 215 lb.  Ideally, I want to be around 180.

Thanks for reading!

As for where to start...is there a particular form of exercise you've liked the most?

Usually running or group sports of some kind. I also love Crossfit.
