first off LOVE NERD FITTNESS

 

second i need a journal  when write down my thought my weight loss journey 

 

I suck at writing so im sticking to a goal of writing at least one sentence per day and add a sentence each 3-4 days

Good plan! Little by little is the approach. It's probably important to reflect on how you are doing, and some of the guys here can provide a lot of insight.

in the words of Ice Cube: today was a good day. I return a lost textbook to somebody new in america ( she was from china) and save her at least $400 bucks.

 

i got a B on my math test.

 

my PE class was good ( i'm on that aerobic super circuit) 

 

but i need to work on on my food intake

im taking in a lot of sodium which is bad

A random question appear in my mind: Did I assimilate into american society?  lately am wishing a lot of stuff about my body:

wishing to be a lighter skin tone,

wishing I had a deeper voice

wishing i was a little bit taller

wishing i was a baller

wishing I had a rabbit in a hat with a bat

And a six four Impala ( i couldn't help my self making this pun i hope it punny)

 

and i know it's possible to change my body but am i doing it to for me or am i being brainwash?

nothing happen today

 

i did try to make turkey burgers fun (i try to season the meat with honey mustard and garlic salt basil and ground pepper

 

i got Payday 2 and can my computer can BARELY PLAY IT ( LAG SO MUCH LAG WHY DID I CHECK THE SYSTEM REQ)
