So Many Things

Hi everyone!

 

I didn't have an actual challenge, per se, but I did set a number of goals when I first started here and accomplished a whole bunch of stuff on top of that:

  • Sugar intake is now managed.
  • Consistently working out and getting stronger.
  • Eating about as healthy as I can, still allowing a little leeway.
  • Lost 10lbs while building muscle over a 7 week period.
  • Eliminated a bad habit and completely conquered two fears.
  • Adopted wall climbing / bouldering as a regular activity.
  • Spend most of my time doing things that actually matter now and schedule my days.
  • Look and feel better.
  • My self-confidence has increased.
  • And now: I am starting my first real six week challenge. 

I think I got everything. It also feels really weird posting about this, but that's the whole point of this subforum right?
