Aww, all these are so cute! Here's my little Possum dog - a 3yo maltese chihuahua cross we bought from a man down the street. She was the only one that had a chihuahua face instead of a maltese face and wasn't black with white paws.

She is a lap dog with a big-dog personality; Especially if she can hear noises outside. She thinks she's scary at least. xD She loves sitting on our laps and if we're not doing anything with our hands we have to be rubbing her belly... Or so she thinks. She rules the place with those big googly eyes of hers.

So my wife and I have three dogs.

mFySNbc.jpg

The dapper fellow in front is our Olde English Caesar. The gentleman in the back silently pining for a neck tie of his own is my wife's Pitbull Brutus.

Then there is the youngest member of our clan, another Olde named Tootie. She loves to fart. (Bag of popcorn for scale.)

This is Marlowe, my 2 year old Miniature Poodle. He's obsessed with stealing socks, this one belonged to a house guest who searched his room for 10 mins before the rascal showed up with it looking pleased as punch  :pirate:

He's the happiest boy without a single bad bone in his body but still stocky and strong. Always wants to hang out with me and loves to be petted. He played a major part in my initial weight loss with all the walking he needs.

This is Bluebell, the old lady of the house. She's a Birman and still frisky at 16 years old! She loves paper bags, cardboard boxes and lazing in the sun :)

This is Ingo, a Bernese mountain dog who doesnt like mountainsbat all! He likes to interrupt my yoga sessions and hates skipping ropes!! ("Eww, cardio")

Our across the street neighbors have a Bernese mountain dog. One morning I was looking out the window and saw a large body draped over a pile of snow. "OMG there is a dead man out in the snow!" I thought. A second later, the body moves, jumps up, and shakes. Not a body, just Bruno.

Haha, sounds extremely familiar :D Whenever there's a heaping pile of snow in the garden, he gathers all of it, then lies on top of it and you can actually see the steam coming off of his paws, it's a funny sight. He could stay there for hours and hours!

Yeah, Bruno seems to like to stay out there forever too. I see his owners trying to call him in sometimes and he's all "I can't hear yooooouuuu. I am enjoying the snooowwww!" Meanwhile, my skinny no fat greyhounds go out to do their business in the snow and start in on the Greyhound Scream of Death (GSOD - explanation for the lucky people who have never experienced it) because their feet are COLD and they've lost their minds and instead of trying to run back inside they can only think to stand on three feet (changing feet every few seconds of course) screaming their fool heads off until their (even more foolish) owners go out into the yard and get them.

So its a greyhound that my mutt got that scream and hypochondria from... Been wondering for years lol. (I'd put up pics but on the phone and can't be bothered figuring it out right now xD)

Edit: aha! Tapatalk has the capability. I think. 8b5c51ae37277ac0650b3e88bab57e57.jpg that's rayn. God knows what breeds are actually in her. I believe her mother was a hussy.

Sometimes pets find me.  Last year I was coming out of the office around 6:00 EST and hear a weird rustling off to the side of the parking lot.  I see something thrashing around and it looks like it could have been a wounded animal.. I get about 50 feet away and two rather large bobcats jump up and shoot death stares at me.

I wanted to adopt them but they did not seem to keen on going home with me, plus I'm not a big fan of having my face chewed off.  This picture was taking from the safety of the other side of my car.

Holy crap! We have bobcats up here!? How did I not realize this!? Unless you live further north than I thought.

Anyway, glad you didn't get your face chewed off and you got to your car safely!

Mer...all your pets are just awesome. I want a puppy so badly, but our apartment doesn't allow dogs. :( Oh well. We have plans to move as soon as our lease is up. Then all the puppies will be mine! =D

I'm gonna go home and take pictures of all my animals. I have an aquarium with about 10 fish in it, a baby ball python, and 3 cats (who are all spoiled rotten).

I'm right in central CT, my office is about 20 minutes east of Hartford. It's not exactly urban but it's not like I was in the middle of remote Vermont. Haha, really did not expect to see that staring me in the face!

Spoiler

There is never a sudden revelation, a complete and tidy explanation for why it happened, or why it ends, or why or who you are. You want one and I want one, but there isn't one. It comes in bits and pieces, and you stitch them together wherever they fit, and when you are done you hold yourself up, and still there are holes and you are a rag doll, invented, imperfect. And yet you are all that you have, so you must be enough. There is no other way.

This is Bre (short for Umbreon) and despite how it looks in the picture, she actually LOVES to be vacuumed. Also, she has a tail that's broken in the shape of a door. It was like that when we got her, so we don't know what happened, but it's kind of adorable now.

BRE

This is Erza (orange) and Elric (gray). They're about the same age, and they're best friends. They play together, snuggle together, and generally rip up my apartment together. :3

ERZAELRIC

This is Harvey! The biggest and favoritest fish in my aquarium. She's a gorgeous, huge black angel fish, and this picture doesn't really do her justice. She's looking kinda raggedy right now. Named after Harvey Dent because she's missing an operculum on one side, so the red part of her gills are showing through.

HARVEY

And the latest addition, Monty! Yes, Monty...the Python... don't judge. He apparently loves his pink flower because I couldn't get him to let go of it for this picture... He's only about 5 months old, so he's gonna get bigger. Still a baby.

Oh, soooo much sweetness!! My day has become super nice thanks to your adorable pets :)

Here I present you Tali'Zorah Vas Dewizka (Dewizka is our dormitory's name). She's tiny for a cat, agile, brave, playful and independent. I think the name suits her well :)

A friend of mine found a box full of tiny kittens. In the middle of the forest. So, we decided to adopt one. We wanted to get a boy and a boy climed up my leg, while his sisters and brothers entirely disregarded us, so we embraced him and named him Garrus. We went to a vet and then it turned out that our Garrus in fact is Tali :D Friend offered to exchange kitten for a boy, but we were already bewitched by this tiny fury thing. And so we are her "peasants" to this day.
