My name is Chris and I just found you guys a  week or so ago and signed up.  I have been wanting to get in shape for some time but we have small triplets and there have been allot of nights where the pizza guy was the best we could do.  They are a little bit older now and since I have to cook for them I can cook for me too! At any rate nice to meet you and I look forward to learning as much as I can from you all.
