Hey guys, moving over here from my challenge thread.  Tea's Training To Be A Kickass Shield Maiden.

 

 

I'll be posting my training, recipes from time to time, and anything I find motivating. :)

 

I'll put goals up later but right now I am hungry and thats about all I can think about. :P

Assisted Pull Ups with 52k assistance 4x10

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Well its been a busy week, all workouts and cardio sessions done but I have not had time to record them here. Still progressing in strength which is fantastic.

 

So I just saw The Hobbit and I just want to be an elf irl! So sad its the last one. I love LOTR soo much!

 

Christmas was good I got an untracked meal to eat whatever I wanted in MODERATION. Well I am not so good with moderation. My weight xmas morning was 199! Finally UNDER 200. I had just one meal but I felt like I was going to explode, it was NOT moderate. I did do weights and 10 min of HIIT beforehand and used the meal as my post workout meal. The next day I felt like a failure, but weight was only up 200 grams, the following day it was a tad lower then Christmas morning. ;) Imagine that. No 15 lb water gain like the old days.

 

I just finished the 8th week with my coach and I am down 21.6 lbs of fats! yay! almost 2 pants sizes, hard to tell with pants sizes. I need to go back and try on my smaller pants again.

 

Yesterday was my off day and today I just have some cardio then back to it tomorrow.

And it sounds like you did a lot better on the eating front than I did, even if that moderation thing didn't work out for you. :D

Hi Swampling! It also helps that I don't have family cooking me all my favorite foods! Though I miss them dearly. The holidays are a little different in Australia its hot and humid and you just want to eat something light and go to the beach ;) Work has changed a bit for the better I hope, I am hoping the change means I will have more time to be a little more active on here! :D Have an awesome day Swampling!
