Small Woot!

Recommended Posts

I'm back under 200lbs again!!! Barely (199.3lbs), and I'm sure I'm still in the water weight stage for the most part (because I've been down to 195 before while working out).

When I first started working out a year and a half ago, I was at 225lbs. This time when I started getting back in the game I was at 208, so I was at least ahead of where I first started.

The thing that worries me is that I'm getting ever closer to the 195lb point which is the wall I've never been able to beat. But this is the first time I've been this motivated (with diet and weight lifting), so I'm hoping this is the time I'll get over that wall.

Don't let the 195 mark scare you! You got this, MetalPinata :) You've tried being over 195 and decided it's not for you; time to find out what life's like at 194. Stay positive, stay consistent, and celebrate your progress thus far :) We're here for you!

This time you are a new you and if you stick with it, will not only conquer the 195 but continue from there, you'll see. Rather slow and steady as you are building muscle in the process and must remember to calculate that being heavier than fat. AND burning more calories, too :)

Celebrate each step and enjoy the feeling the workouts give you. Claiming your power, whooohooo!

How cool is it that the same God who created mountains and oceans and galaxies looked at you and thought the world needed one of you, too
