Jakkals Posted January 1, 2015 Report Share Posted January 1, 2015 I have noticed that once I get a streak going I keep going. I am battling depression. Things are going very well at the moment, but just because the hole in my bucket of energy is smaller doesn't mean the bucket doesn't empty. These are the small things that I've noticed and worked on during challenges in the past that makes me feel better. So the plan is to do this every day. I do not have to do anything perfect, a little bit is better than nothing, and I don't have to spend more than 15 minutes on each. As long as there are no zero days. I will keep the big things for the challenges. Grading: red star - did something, silver star - did most, gold star - did everything 1, Stretching and movement Something in the line of Ido Portal every day, hoping one day to be able to touch my toes. 2. Cleaning Making my bed and putting things away. I am almost there every time and then I relapse and things get worse 3. Mind Meditation and writing in my journal 4. Gardening Something I found make me feel better is spending some time in the garden. There are always little things to be done and it gets me outside.
