Happy squat... a new PR for this newbie

I'm about three months into weight training and have really enjoyed it. My squat has been a little weak though due to a minor hip extension and quad injury. Nonetheless I'm making progress.

Today I managed to squeeze out a 200 lb. squat, which would have been 50 lbs. beyond impossible last October. It's amazing what we can accomplish with steady incremental improvement and dedication over time!
