First workout since holiday hiatus

Hello everyone!

 

Just wanted to share my first woot moment. I started working out late last year, doing cardio about 5 times a week, and alternating days with the beginners body weight workout circuit, doing what I could. I went on hiatus around Thanksgiving, and before I knew it, December rolled around and my workout space was taken up by wrapping paper and containers for holiday decorations. 

 

Now, midway through January, I finally went enough is enough. Did a 10 minute elliptical warm-up, as much of the body weight workout as I could (20 squats, about 6 push-ups from the knees, maybe 10 lunges total [these and pushups are the hardest for me], 10 DB rows per arm, and 15 sec plank) and cooled down with yoga for hips, hamstrings, and lower back (which also made me realize I'm quite inflexible as well as weak in the leg muscles).

 

My legs feel wobbly, but I feel better overall.
