200 lb Milestone!!!

I celebrated losing 31 pounds and reaching the 200 pound threshold by getting a pedicure.  I have a pile of clothes that are too big for me.... going to charity!


 


 It's still a lot of weight and have 30 to go, but this is a huge milestone!


 


Woohoo!  I have my Happy Helmet on

What I'm doing:


Eating 1 bowl cereal/oatmeal


Lunch/Dinner 1 cup mixed veggies, 6 oz meat.


 


Running 2x a week, lifting 1-2x a week.  Working 14 hour days 3x a week.


 


Whew!

I had a really good juggling session today. Feel like I broke some barriers.  My 3 club cascade is smooth most of the time and go for long runs. I'm learning new patterns.... 2 ball shower and a 423 (W)... got a few good runs.  

 

Contact juggling, several behind the neck rolls, stall and reverse mid chest roll... and  a lot more control. Even stalled on the outside elbow accidentally a few times!  Woohoo!  Barriers coming down!
