But I didn't think to put a post here! I've got more details on my profile, but this is the summary:- 26 year old male- Addicted to food- Have 50 pounds of fat to lose!- I'd like to be something of a minor bodybuilder once the fat is gone For two weeks, I've been training hard and dieting hard. It sucks. I don't have any role-models. I'm working on building some accountability on this website. And I'm also hoping for something of a mentor, preferably with some experience in the direction of my goals. Nice to meet you! I used the article but chose a hybrid because I have two very strong interests in fitness (yoga and I started to powerlift). I would read the article and then get a bit creative.
