So I'm new here, still on my first challenge, and I've been doing the basic Core Performance beginner workout for this challenge, along with walking and yoga. For the last two days all my exercise has felt really tough and I was feeling frustrated and a little discouraged. Today it felt like I made a quantum leap forward; everything felt really easy. I walked much faster than I have been and the Core Performance workout didn't even feel like much of a workout. I had promised myself that if Core started feeling easy toward the end of the challenge, I would start trying the Beginner Bodyweight Workout exercises to see where I am with them, so I can switch to that for my next challenge. So I tried some of them after my Core workout today. I could do 2 push-ups, a 15 second plank, and best of all, I did 12 squats! I didn't expect to be able to do even one. I was shocked! And excited. :pride:
