Like so many others, I have been delivered into the hands of you nerds by a good friend. The site looks great, I love the concept, and you all seem just ducky. Looking forward to getting involved.

It appears as though I'm stepping in right at the tail end of a challenge with a longer break in-between. That's alright. I'll just have to lurk. Everyone loves a good lurker, right? As for background? I studied martial arts for a long time, went to college to learn to read really well, am a gamer, and a lover of picking heavy things up and then putting them back down again. Also, oxford comma.

When the time comes to jump into a new challenge on the 20th of April, I'll be working toward a six-week challenge that focuses on continued improvement of an injury sustained training for powerlifting.

Best,

Mr. B
