Fell off the wagon, and I just sat in the mud...

Recommended Posts

Ah, man.

I was doing well.

I was eating less, and was eating healthier. I was exercising at least every other day, doing free weight routines.

And then my schedule got changed at work, adding a lot more hours with fewer people in the office.

I got stressed, and of course, I reached for cake and the sofa.

My weights rocketed, and unfortunately I stopped taking care of my appearance (though not hygiene!)

But today is where I get back on track.

I will get this orc-ish body shaped back into a human's!

Whoop. I'm starting over too!

I get that doing a work-out is the least thing you want to do when you get home, feeling exhausted and stressed from work.

All you want to do is shut down your brains and relax on the couch. But! Exercise can actually help you release stress and feel more relaxed.

All it takes is getting up from the sofa.

Good luck :-)
