Week beginning 27/4/15 Monday: C25k Week 5 Run 1 - 5 minutes running, 3 minutes walking, 5 minutes running, 3 minutes walking, 5 minutes running - DONE! Tuesday: Rest Wednesday: C25k Week 5 Run 2 - 8 minutes running, 5 minutes walking, 8 minutes running - DONE! Thursday: Rest Friday: C25k Week 5 Run 3 - 20 minutes running - DONE!
